Young mother accidentally shot by toddler - Tulsa: A young mother was accidentally shot and killed her own son who was three years old in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States.
According to the Tulsa World, the fateful accident occurred when the toddler found a semi-automatic firearm and fired. Bullet on the head of his mother, Christa Engels, 26, in the head.
The husband and the victim's mother also lived in the same house, but they did not exist at the time.
"Grandma they come and find her two grandchildren with blood," said a neighbor .
A member of the Tulsa police said there were a lot of guns in the home. Toddlers shooter mother found a gun when I was playing around the couch.
"We are ready to do anything to maintain the safety of the children victims. It was an accident that is very, very bad," said Sergeant Dave Walker.
