Great Pregnant, Katja Harjanne Still Hobbies Weight 100 Kg - Brighton: A woman from Brighton, England, is still capable of carrying over 100 kg despite being eight months pregnant. Katja Harjanne hobby believe it helps him stay healthy during pregnancy.

"When I was pregnant, I saw on the internet about the positive link between exercise and pregnancy.

Katja had asked for advice from someone at the gym called CrossFit. According to the instructors there, still strength training should be done during pregnancy.

Physical exercise continues to be done Katja, such as lifting, gymnastics and others. Portion of the exercise is usually about five times per week, but adjusted later.

"I have reduced the weight of the load, and I just do what I feel comfortable," said the 39-year-old woman.

Couple Katja, Jason, fully supports efforts fiancee. However, he is still looking for the best information from health experts, and always remind Katja to be careful.

Not all agree with the decision Katja. Jason's mother, future in-laws Katja, worried.

"My mother was a little worried about the exercises performed Kat," said Jason. "Kat advised to remain resting at home," he continued.
